QuickPeek is an AI-powered tool that generates demo videos from website URLs. The service creates screen recordings with AI-generated narration to help users showcase websites and applications.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate videos of websites you do not own or have permission to record
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the URLs you submit and any customizations you make. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.

Generated Videos: Videos generated by the Service are yours to use, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party rights (such as website content you record).

Our Service: We retain all rights to QuickPeek, including our technology, branding, and AI models.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free tier users receive limited features as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKPEEK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickPeek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
